Moving on a Path
I don't know if moving on a path is going to help the game or not but I now that it helps me because I'm learning new things.
Navigating the timeline
The worst coding issue that I had and eventually fixed was getting everything to have the right instance names

Difficult concept
The most difficult concept for me is to find something educational to teach. I have been looking at multiple websites to find as much out as much as I can for my topic.

Paper Prototyping
This assignment has helped me understand more of what I need to do to make this game. It caused me to redesign some of it to make it easier to play and more educational.

My game reviews
Most effective learning game: Zeitgeist
It makes you learn about the time period or area that your soldier is sent to before you get to actually play the game.I think that the action genre is a good genre for a learning game because it keeps you interested in what you do. I would make it so that you learn as you go instead of just at the start of a level.
Least effective learning game:Drift Runner
It may have some aspects of physics but not enough for a person to actually learn from it. I would have to say that the racing genre is not the best for a learning game. Its not exactly the type that you can learn for driving around in circles. It is clear what you need to do as a player, it does work but it does get boring after a while. I would like to learn how to incorporate the physics of the cars into it.

Gaming Obsession
My obsession with gaming started when I was about 5 years old, I would wake up in the middle of the night and my dad would be playing Star Fox on his Super NES at 1:00 in the morning. So basically it all started with my dad showing me how to play that. My favorite system would be the PS3 although I do a little PC gaming..not much but still. I have always wanted to know what it takes to learn how to make a game and that is pretty much how I ended up in this class. I really don't have a favorite genre or a favorite character I like pretty much anything and everything. So that's It for me...I blame my dad for everything
